While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we understand that certain situations may require cancellations or refund requests. This policy outlines our approach to both.

Refund Policy

a. Once a subscription or service is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will generally not be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances.

b. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund—such as a technical issue, billing error, or non-delivery of service—please contact our support team at support@popin.to.

c. Our team may request additional information or documentation to evaluate your request fairly.

d. Refunds, if approved, will be processed at the sole discretion of Nowflow Technologies Private Limited. The refund amount will depend on the nature of the issue and the subscription plan involved.

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations


Time Frame for Cancellation:

  • Subscription plans may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase without incurring charges.

  • After the 2-hour window, cancellations may not be accepted if the plan has already been activated or services provisioned.


How to Cancel:

  • Send a cancellation request via email to support@popin.to, mentioning your registered email ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund Process:

  • If the cancellation is within the acceptable time frame, any refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Popin-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel a subscription or service order under the following conditions:


Time Frame for Cancellation:

  • Technical or server-side issues affecting availability

  • Pricing or billing discrepancies

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • Non-compliance with our terms of service

In such cases, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
